Returns Information

Damaged, DOA Products or Missing Parts

On the very odd occasion that your order arrives and the product is found to be damaged by transit, DOA (dead on arrival) or have missing parts we suggest you contact us to process a return request for you.

We will pay for the goods to be returned to us if the goods are faulty or are not working correctly, we will then issue you with a brand new replacement ASAP.


Receiving the Wrong Item

In very rare circumstances due to warehousing errors you may have received the wrong item or model. If this has happened please contact Cool Clocks immediately and we can organise the return request to be processed for you.


Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns as long as the product is in original unused condition. The item and its packaging must be in original condition and it should also include all parts and instructional manuals.

You are required to pay any costs associated with sending the item back to us.

All change of mind orders will incur a 10% administration fee as well as a $10 handling fee.


60 Return Policy

We have a 60 day return policy for all items in our store. This is perfect for people who may take advantage of sales throughout the year and buy an item for a Xmas or Birthday gift in advance.

Any item returned to us MUST be in original, resalable and unused condition. Cool Clocks reserves the right to refuse returns on used, damaged or items not in original condition with the original packaging.


Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, we suggest you contact us immediately to ensure your parcel hasn’t left our warehouse. If your order is already on its way to you, you will need to submit a return request with us and you will be liable for any costs associated with returning the item to us, a 10% administration fee as well as a $10 handling fee will also be charged.
